GAWN ships throughout Australia and worldwide. If you would like us to ship outside of Australia, please contact asap to discuss options.
If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. If your order is left at your address and no one is home, GAWN does not take responsibility for your package being left unattended.
Delivery always on business days between Monday and Friday.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on the location it is 2-7 days. If it is the express option it usually is 1-2 business days.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT WEAR OR USE IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it, and we will happily refund you the cost of the product(s)*. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot process exchanges so if you would like to swap your item for another GAWN product, please send back the item you don't want and buy the item you would like to swap it for on the website.
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Refunds (full price items^) must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
^Sale items can only be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received.

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the shipping date. Please follow the simple steps below:

For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest using insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive your merchandise.
Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. To keep you informed, we will email you confirmation of your refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment. In most cases, returns should hit your account within 1-5 business days.
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't offer a free returns service. For all change of mind returns, we recommend attending your local post office and the selecting registered mail option.
